At My Mahjong Home, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with every item you receive. Please read our policies carefully before making a purchase.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Personalized items
- Items purchased during promotional periods
- Items featuring initials or personalized designs
- Gift cards
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we want to resolve the issue appropriately. Please contact us at frank@ayihome.com within 7 days of receiving your order and provide the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Upon approval, we will work with you to find the best solution, including a replacement, a full refund, or a partial refund. Requests submitted after the 7-day period may not be processed. Please note that the “unopened” requirement does not apply to defective items discovered after opening the package. We will cover shipping costs for items that need to be replaced due to damage, defects, or shipping errors.
If tiles break more than 7 days after delivery, OMM will provide replacement tiles for sets currently in stock. For discontinued sets, we will do our best to find replacement tiles.
Return Policy
We accept returns of eligible items within 14 days of receipt. Items must remain unopened and be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included to qualify for a full refund. Tiles must be sealed in their original shrink-wrap packaging and include all accessories or freebies to qualify for a full refund; otherwise, a 30% restocking fee will be charged. Please note that the unopened requirement does not apply to defective items discovered after opening.
Opened Items: Opened items (excluding defective items) may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to a 30% restocking fee.
All returns must be authorized in advance. Contact：frank@ayihome.com， to request a return authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please be sure to include your name and order number so we can process your return request correctly.
EU Customers:
If you are located within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order without cause within 14 days of receiving it. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to cancel before the 14-day period expires and comply with our return policy. Contact Us: frank@ayihome.com. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. All returns must be shipped back to our warehouse at the customer’s expense via the original shipping method. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can only process your refund once we have received the returned item. Upon receipt of your return, we will refund the original purchase price of the item, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days.
Refund Processing
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
Shipping and Duties
Once an order is handed over to the carrier, MyMahjongHome is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues. For international orders, customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are determined by the customs authorities in your country or region and are beyond our control.
